We had a really challenging stay at this hotel. Our room was outdated and lacked basic amenities like ventilation. On the contrary, the hotel we stayed at afterward was a dream, with new rooms, a great view, and an exceptionally helpful staff. So, while one stay was quite frankly a disaster, the second was absolutely wonderful and felt like home.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms felt outdated and cramped, and management was completely unresponsive to our issues. On the other hand, the staff at the beach club were excellent, which made our beach day enjoyable. Unfortunately, the poor management overshadowed the few positives.
